Proximity search is using the keyword distance proximity while searching for the keywords. If you have entered any keyword and one or two keywords are appearing between the main keyword, the system will ignore the in-between characters.
Step 1
Click on the “Candidates” on the left side menu.
Step 2
Click on the “Advanced Search” button on the right-hand side top. Here you will be able to see an option of “Proximity Search”. You just need to enable that.
Example: If you are searching for the keyword - Talent Specialist and enable the proximity with 2, the system will not consider in between words (2 words) and give you the result.
So as a result, you can get a “Talent Specialist” with “Talent Acquisition Specialist” and “Talent Sourcing Specialist” also.
